Two Luverne Newspapers Will Be Consolidated
Luverne, Sept. 10 (UP)—Alan C. McIntosh, publisher of the Rock County Star, announced today he had purchased the Rock County Herald from the A. O. Moreaux estate.
McIntosh said the September 11 edition of the Herald would bring to an end as a separate institution, the county’s oldest business enterprise. The Herald had been published for over 69 years.
The new publication will appear as the Rock County Star-Herald.
